Patrick McKeon has been an NYSE trading member since 1999. Mr. McKeon started working on the NYSE floor 20 years ago with Abelow Ihasz Co. He joined his brother Williams operation in the mid 90s and in 1997 together they formed NYSE Member Firm McKeon Brother LLC. McKeon Brothers LLC was a member firm until they merged their business into Battenkill Capital at the end of 2006. Patrick is licensed Series 7 & 66.  Mr. McKeon is married with 3 children.

Steven Foley

Mr. Foley started his career in the securities industry with Shearson, Lehman, American Express on the floor of the Commodities Exchange Center in 1984.  He then moved to the NYSE floor joining Spear Leeds, and Kellogg with their specialist unit.  He attained various positions including option market maker and trader on the risk arbitrage and proprietary trading desk.  In 1996 he started an independent floor brokerage operation.  In 2002 Mr. Foley partnered with Mr. Sal Suarino combining their businesses and together they created and managed Fimats NYSE floor operation. Fimat exited the floor business in 2006. They then merged their floor operations into Integra Securities.  In July 2007, they joined Battenkill Capital to create one of the largest independent floor brokers on the NYSE floor.  Mr. Foley received his BS from Cornell University in business management in 1984.  He is married to Darleen and they have four daughters together.

Jimmy Young

Jimmy Young brings over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry to Battenkill
Capital. He has spent the past 12 years on the Floor of the New York Stock Exchange, including
overseeing booth operations for McKeon Brothers LLC, during the past nine years. His ability to
establish and maintain long-standing relationships with institutional and retail sell side clients will
continue to be one of his strengths in the business. Mr. Young is the proud father of Katherine and
husband to Nicole.

Sal Spaltro

Senior Floor Trader

Mr. Spaltro started his Wall Street career in 1971 in the back office margin dept. From there he went to the Bond Room trading floor working the " FREE CROWD " as it was called, trading listed bonds. In the late 70s early 80s he spent a short time trading Futures when they were traded on the NYSE Futures Market. Mr. Spaltro then came over to the equities end of the business in the early 80s, and has been there ever since. He ran my own business for 15 plus years trading for Institutional, risk arbitration, retail, and preferred accounts. Mr. Spaltro is licensed 7a & 25.

Daniel Ferencz

Michael Milano

Michael Milano began his career on the NYSE in 2000 as a wire clerk with McKeon Brothers LLC.
Mr. Milano went on to become the chief compliance officer of McKeon Brothers trading operations,
and joined Battenkill Capital when the two firms combined operations on the floor. Mr. Milano
obtained his bachelors degree from University of Vermont (2004)  In January of 2008 Mr. Milano became a licensed broker for the Battenkill Capital NYSE floor operations.  He is currently licensed series 7, 63, 10 and NYSE series 25.

Ms. Busic was employed by Busic Securities from April 1st 1998 to March 2007. Aside from being a
trading assistant at Busic Securities, from 2001-2006 she also assisted many firms floorwide as a
temporary clerk. She joined Battenkill Capital in April 2007. Prior to her career on the New York
Stock Exchange, Valerie was in the music industry.
